Delivery

1. MANUFACTURING AND SHIPPING TIMES

At Dai Yokai, we do not sell mass-stocked industrial products.

Each piece is a handcrafted creation finished by hand in our workshop in France.

  • Preparation time: Allow 7 to 14 working days for manufacturing (printing, sanding, painting, varnishing) before shipping.

  • Delivery time (once the package has been shipped):

    • France: 2 to 4 working days (Colissimo / Mondial Relay).

    • Europe: 4 to 8 business days.

    • International: 7 to 15 days depending on the destination.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL) We want you to be proud of your mask. In accordance with the law, if the product does not suit you, you have 14 days after receipt to return it to us.

  • Procedure: Simply contact us by email at daiyokai.fr@gmail.com to validate the return.

  • Conditions: The item must be returned in its original condition and in its protective packaging.

  • Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

⚠️ IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS (NON-REFUNDABLE) In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code

Consumer goods: the right of return does not apply to the following items:

  • Custom Orders: Masks with a "custom" paint job specifically requested by the customer (colors not listed in the catalog).

  • Modified Items: Products engraved or adapted to a specific size upon request.

3. DAMAGE AND DELIVERY PROBLEMS

Our packaging is ultra-reinforced. However, if an accident occurs during transport:

  1. Take photos of the damaged box before opening and of the broken mask.

  2. Send them to us within 48 hours.

  3. We will send you a new part or issue a full refund (including shipping costs).
