GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC) - DAI YOKAI
1. PURPOSE These terms and conditions govern the sales of masks and art objects by Jérémy Warmel (Dai Yokai), a sole proprietor located at 6 bis rue de Brocéliande, 35380 Plélan-le-Grand, France. Contact: daiyokai.fr@gmail.com
2. HANDCRAFTED NATURE AND PRODUCTS Our products are handcrafted creations (3D printing, hand painting). The Customer acknowledges that minor variations in color or finish may exist compared to the photos. These variations are a testament to the handmade nature of the product and do not constitute a defect.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT Prices are quoted in Euros (€). As a sole trader, VAT is not applicable (art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
4. MANUFACTURING LEAD TIMES The majority of our parts are produced on demand.
Production time: 7 to 14 working days (drying and painting time).
Delivery: Carrier delays are in addition to manufacturing time. Dai Yokai is not responsible for delays caused solely by the carrier (La Poste/Mondial Relay).
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS) In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days after receipt to change your mind and return a standard product for a refund. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
⚠️ EXCEPTION (NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS): In accordance with Article L.221-28, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized orders (e.g., requests for a specific color not listed in the catalog, engraving, size modifications). These sales are final.
6. LEGAL GUARANTEES In the event of a proven technical defect or breakage during transport (reported within 48 hours with photos), we undertake to repair, exchange or refund the product.
7. MEDIATION In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, we offer a consumer mediation service. The designated mediation entity is: CNPM - CONSUMER MEDIATION.
