Gift card questions
When is the card sent?
A unique code is emailed to the recipient after payment confirmation. If you buy the card for yourself, we use the email address entered at checkout.
How long is it valid?
The card is valid for 24 months after issue. Its expiry date is shown in the email.
Can it be used across several orders?
Yes. Enter the code in your basket or at checkout. The amount used is deducted from the balance. The remainder stays available until the expiry date. Pay any difference if needed.
Is there physical delivery?
No. This is a digital card sent by email. Orders containing only gift cards have no shipping charge.
What if there is a mistake or I want a refund?
Contact Dai Yokai with your order number. Requests are handled under the terms of sale and applicable rights. Keep the code private: anyone who has it can use the balance.
