Order help
Dai Yokai pieces are made or prepared in my workshop in Brittany before shipping. Production time and delivery time are two different steps.
Most masks are made to order. The product page gives the best timing before checkout, depending on the model, drying time, finish and current workshop queue.
Orders are packed carefully and shipped with tracking. Large masks, horns and fragile shapes need reinforced packaging, especially for international shipping.
When the parcel ships, tracking information is sent by email. If you ask about an order, include your order number and destination country.
Returns
Contact me before any return so we can confirm the right procedure, the address and the expected condition of the piece. Custom colors or personalized work can have different return conditions.
If a piece arrives damaged, keep the packaging, take photos of the box and the piece, then contact the workshop quickly.
Timing
If you need the mask for a gift, tattoo convention, cosplay date or studio opening, contact me before ordering. I can confirm whether the deadline is realistic with the current workshop queue.
For international orders, customs delays and import fees depend on the destination country. I can provide tracking and parcel details once the order ships, but I cannot control customs processing.
If the order is urgent, contact me before checkout rather than after payment. It is better to check the workshop queue first than to rush a handmade finish.
