Production
Dai Yokai pieces are made or prepared by hand in the workshop in France.
The usual production time is 7 to 14 business days before shipping. This may vary depending on the piece, finish and time of year.
Shipping
Orders are carefully packed and shipped with tracking.
- France: Colissimo, €12.
- Europe (destinations served): Colissimo, €20.
- Other countries: Colissimo International, €50.
Carrier delivery time is in addition to production time. After shipping, the customer receives a tracking number.

Standard products can be returned under the terms and conditions of sale. Personalized orders or orders adapted to a specific request may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Before a specific date
If you need a mask for a gift, convention, photo shoot or tattoo event, contact me before ordering. I can tell you whether the timeframe is realistic with the current production queue.
Packaging and tracking
Masks are packed with reinforced protection and shipped with tracking. If a parcel is damaged, keep the packaging and promptly send photos of the box and the piece so I can handle the problem properly.
