2. Products
Dai Yokai masks, figures and accessories are handmade pieces that are 3D printed, sanded, painted or prepared by hand.
Slight variations in color, texture or finish may occur. They are part of the handmade process.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed after full payment. Products are made or prepared within the timeframe stated on the site.
An order can be changed or canceled only if production has not started.
This option does not limit the legal right of withdrawal applicable to standard products.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros. The available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Dai Yokai does not store banking information. Payment providers process this information.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped with tracking, mainly through Colissimo.
- France: €12.
- Europe (destinations served): €20.
- Other countries: €50.
The usual production time is 7 to 14 business days before shipping.
6. Returns and withdrawal
For standard products, the customer has 14 days from receipt to communicate their decision to withdraw. They must then send the product back without undue delay, no later than 14 days after this communication, using suitable protective packaging.
The customer pays return shipping costs, except when Dai Yokai has made an error or the product arrives broken.
Personalized orders or orders adapted to a specific request may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
