Questions before ordering

Are Dai Yokai figures handmade?

Yes. Each figure is prepared, painted and finished by hand in the Dai Yokai workshop in Brittany, France. The process follows the same workshop approach used for the masks, with surface preparation, hand-applied colour and varnish adapted to the individual model.

What material are the figures made from?

The figures in this collection use PETG printing as their base. They are then prepared, painted and varnished by hand. Open the individual product page before ordering to check the finish, listed options, price and current availability for that specific figure.

Are the figures made to be worn?

No. This collection is designed for decoration and display, not for wearing. The figures can be placed on a suitable shelf, desk, convention booth or studio display. For wearable or wall-mounted pieces, browse the handmade Japanese mask collections instead.

Which Japanese yokai figure should I choose?

Choose by subject, finish and the space where the piece will be displayed. Daruma, Kitsune, Inari and Komainu designs have different silhouettes and visual character. Compare the product photographs, listed options, price and availability on each product page before deciding.
