 In legends, the Karasu Tengu is the elite warrior, master of arms who is said to have taught the art of the sword to Minamoto no Yoshitsune.

 The leather/skin effect on black is achieved by several layers of paint and patina, applied by hand, then protected by a suitable varnish.
