Kitsune Statue

 A PIECE OF HISTORY You are looking at the genesis of the Dai Yokai workshop. This monumental statue, 1 meter high, is Prototype No. 001, the very first piece of this scale created by the artist.

 THE WABI-SABI SPIRIT (The art of imperfection) Unlike smooth industrial productions, this statue proudly bears the marks of its birth.

 
 "Ancestral Stone" finish: A unique textured paint imitating the eroded stone of old Kyoto temples.
 
 Signs of life: As a prototype, it shows traces of assembly and rough textures in places. These details are not flaws, but the authentic signature of the 200 hours of handwork required for its assembly.


 A MONUMENTAL PRESENCE Standing at one meter tall, this Kitsune (Spirit Fox) commands calm and respect. It is designed to be the centerpiece of an interior, guarding the entrance to a living room, workshop, or dojo.
