Making and finish

Each mask starts as a PETG print made to order in the Dai Yokai workshop in Brittany. The Green and Blue versions are cleaned, sanded, primed, painted by hand with acrylic layers and varnished. Raw has its print supports removed but is supplied unsanded and unpainted for DIY finishing.

Because the painted finish is completed by hand, shadows and colour depth can vary slightly from one mask to another. The sculpt remains the same for all three variations.

Wear, display and limits

The mask is intended mainly for indoor wall display, a shelf, a suitable stand, collections and photography. Face dimensions and a fixing system are not listed, so contact Dai Yokai before ordering if you intend to wear it. It is not protective equipment or intended for rough, prolonged wear.
