Description

The Karasu Tengu Crow Mask uses a long hooked beak, furrowed brow and gold-toned eye surrounds to create a dark bird-like profile. The gallery shows one burgundy-black finish from the front, both three-quarter angles and held in one hand.

This product is currently listed at €100 with no colour selector. Choose it for a dark Karasu Tengu display rather than the brighter, rounded Warrior model. Confirm the finish with Dai Yokai before ordering if colour matching is important.

Visual style

The beak is long and sharply pointed. Burgundy shading crosses the forehead and brow, while black paint defines the beak, cheeks and outer face. Gold-toned eye surrounds remain visible in every gallery angle.

Karasu Tengu are crow-like forms of Tengu in Japanese visual culture. This Dai Yokai piece is a contemporary PETG art mask inspired by that imagery; it is not a ritual object, antique mask, historical armour or protective equipment.

Where to place this piece

Place it on a suitable stand, shelf, display case or other stable indoor setup where the long beak can be seen from the side. Wall mounting depends on a separate fixing method that is not currently specified.

Browse the Tengu mask collection. Compare this dark €100 design with the colourful Karasu Tengu Crow Warrior Mask, or with the long human-like nose of the Hand-Painted Long-Nose Tengu Half Mask. For cultural background, read the Tengu mask guide.

Making process

Each piece is made to order in my Dai Yokai workshop in Brittany, France. The base is 3D printed in PETG, then cleaned, sanded, primed, painted by hand with acrylic layers and finished with varnish.

The aim is to keep a visible handmade surface: shadows in the relief, small variations in the painted details and a finish that does not look like flat factory plastic.

Who it is for

It is for collectors, photographers, tattoo artists and buyers who want a dark Karasu Tengu mask with a pronounced crow-like beak.

The gallery does not show the mask being worn, and the listing does not specify an included strap or fixing system. Any occasional wear requires a suitable setup and fit check; the mask is not protective equipment.

Before ordering

The mask costs €100 and current product data lists a weight of 0.2 kg. Exact dimensions and an included fixing system are not shown. The optional €15 display stand is included only when selected.

Shipping is tracked from France. As the piece is made to order, the usual making time is around 14 working days before dispatch.

Care and placement

Keep the piece indoors, away from long direct sun exposure and damp rooms. Dust it with a soft dry cloth. Do not soak it or use aggressive cleaning products on the painted finish.
