This Tengu Mountain Spirit Mask is a hand-painted Dai Yokai interpretation of the long-nosed Daitengu. Its sculpt combines a rounded forehead, heavy black brows, a long nose, four large fangs and a pointed black beard.
The current product has three €120 variants: red with gold-toned teeth, white with black detailing, and blue with dark shading. Each is made to order, so small differences in painted shadows and surface finish are normal.
Folklore and visual direction
Tengu are supernatural figures associated with mountains in Japanese folklore. The long-nosed human form is commonly identified as a Daitengu. This piece is a contemporary decorative interpretation, not an antique, ritual object or official traditional mask.
The red gallery views show a red face, black brows and beard, and gold-toned teeth. The white finish uses black shading over a crackled pale surface. The blue option uses a darker blue-black finish with small blue highlights.

Making and finish
Each piece is made to order in my Dai Yokai workshop in Brittany. The base is 3D printed in PETG, then sanded, primed, painted by hand with acrylic layers and finished with varnish.
The painted shadows are kept visible around the face so the relief does not disappear on a dark wall. Varnish protects the surface and gives the mask a finished display look.
Wear, display and limits
The gallery does not show the mask being worn, and the listing does not specify an included strap or wall fixing. Treat it as an indoor display and photography piece. Any occasional wear requires a separate suitable setup and fit check; it is not protective equipment.
Small differences can appear from one piece to another because the sanding, painted shadows and final finish are done by hand. That is normal for this kind of small workshop production.
Who this piece is for
Choose this model if you want a full-face Tengu sculpt with fangs, a long nose and a visibly hand-painted surface. It suits a shelf, display case, tattoo studio or convention display when supported by a suitable stand or fixing.
It is not the right choice if you need identical factory finishes, confirmed dimensions or a supplied wear system. Contact Dai Yokai before ordering when fit or a precise display space matters.
Before ordering
Choose red, white or blue before adding the mask to the cart. The base price is €120 for each colour. Current product data lists a weight of 0.2 kg; exact dimensions are not shown. The optional display stand adds €15 only when selected.
Shipping is tracked from France. As each piece is made to order, the usual making time is around 14 working days before dispatch.

Care and placement
Keep the piece indoors, away from long direct sun exposure and damp rooms. Dust it gently with a soft dry cloth. Do not soak it or use aggressive cleaning products on the painted finish.
