Description

The Hand-Painted Long-Nose Tengu Half Mask is a fixed-finish dark red design. The gallery shows its long curved nose, furrowed brow, open eye area, black moustache and pointed beard from both sides and three-quarter angles.

Choose it for photography, a tattoo-studio display, a shelf or careful costume styling. This product has no colour or detail selector; the current listing is one dark red design at €60.

Visual style

The long nose is the main visual feature. Hand-painted shadows define the brow, cheeks and mouth, while the black moustache and pointed beard contrast with the dark red surface.

Long-nosed Tengu are associated with mountain and woodland folklore in Japan. This Dai Yokai piece is a contemporary PETG art mask inspired by that imagery; it is not a ritual object, historical armour or protective equipment.

Where to place this piece

Place it on a suitable stand, shelf, display case or other stable indoor setup. It can sit beside full Tengu masks as a smaller companion piece. Wall mounting depends on a separate fixing method that is not currently specified.

Making process

Each piece is made to order in my Dai Yokai workshop in Brittany, France. The base is 3D printed in PETG, then cleaned, sanded, primed, painted by hand with acrylic layers and finished with varnish.

The aim is to keep a visible handmade surface: shadows in the relief, small variations in the painted details and a finish that does not look like flat factory plastic.

Who it is for

It is for photographers, collectors, tattoo artists and buyers who want a fixed-finish long-nose Tengu mask with visible hand-painted details.

Any occasional wear requires a suitable fixing setup and a fit check. The listing does not currently specify an included strap, and the mask is not protective equipment or intended for rough, prolonged wear.

Before ordering

The mask costs €60 and current product data lists a weight of 0.1 kg. Exact dimensions and an included fixing system are not shown. The optional €15 display stand is included only when selected.

Shipping is tracked from France. As the piece is made to order, the usual making time is around 14 working days before dispatch.

Care and placement

Keep the piece indoors, away from long direct sun exposure and damp rooms. Dust it with a soft dry cloth. Do not soak it or use aggressive cleaning products on the painted finish.
